- Observed coughing at intake, flagged for multiple medical concerns and on medical priority with two days left
What Papa needs
Must be pulled by a registered New Hope Partner rescue no later than September 3rd. Needs a foster prepared for senior medical care and the costs that come with it, and a quiet place while he's evaluated and treated.
